Eligible commercially insured patients may submit a rebate request if the pharmacy does not accept the Savings Card and the patient paid in full for their medication or used a mail-order pharmacy.

Eliquis $10 Co-pay Card

Eligible commercially insured patients pay as little as $10 per month for up to 24 months from activation, with an annual maximum benefit of $6400. Activation and first use of the Co-pay Card must take place by December 31, 2026.
